Terms and conditons


Fees If you are paying for appointments yourself, the standard fee is £110 for either an initial consultation or follow up appointment (these are 50 minutes face to face contact). If you are using a health insurance policy to pay for sessions fees may vary in line with their processes and requirements from me since different funding agreements are in place with different insurance providers. I am registered with major health insurance providers - Aviva, AXA, BUPA, BUPA global and WPA.  

Please note that you will be personally liable to pay any excesses or shortfalls in your treatment which are not covered by your policy.

Payment of fees

Fees can be settled on the day by cash or by electronic transfer. I will email you details of this along with details of our meeting.

Cancellation Policy

The full session rate will be charged for all sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

__ Please tick if you would like for me to send a brief summary letter to your  GP at   the end of sessions so that your GP has a record of your therapy sessions.

__ If a health insurance provider is funding sessions, but fails to authorise or make invoiced payments, I understand I will be liable for payment.
